Customer’s objective was to personalize experience of its retail customers by providing them with Just-In-Time advisories, nudges and micro-offers. Our canvas helped to create service journeys on the fly and using NLP delivered moments of personalized engagements to the retail customers.

- Gap analysis on bank’s As-Is infra for reusability of its existing platforms
- Completed pilot to showcase use cases on micro-offers, automatic bill payments, etc.
- Implemented context switching between different channels – App to WhatsApp and vice-versa
- Implemented a canvas for ease of use to create/modify services and orchestrate events with real-time triggers
